The top tech stories of the week!


Microsoft​ launched the Microsoft Surface Studio, a flexible desktop that comes with a unique surface dial and pen. Apple​’s new MacBook Pro comes with a touch bar and 4 USB C ports. Moto​ launched Moto Z, its newest smartphone that doubles up as a point and shoot camera and as a projector. Xiaomi​ has had a busy week too with the launch of the Note 2, designed to fit your hand perfectly, and the Mi Mix – an edge-free phone. The 3D Experience Forum, organised by French 3D software maker Dassault Systèmes​ was aimed at sharing how 3D technology can be optimised in various industries. Finally, Twitter​ is shutting down Vine​ after declaring that many Vine stars has stopped using the app and its following has dwindled.
