Sony PlayStation Reveals God of War Ragnarök Release Date
One of the most anticipated games of the year, God of War Ragnarök, now has a release date. Publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment announced today that the PlayStation exclusive drops on 9 November 2022.
You can pre-order either the physical disc or the digital version of the game from 15 July 2022 via official retail stores or the PlayStation Store. Doing so lets you gain access to bonus downloadable content, including the “Kratos Risen Snow Armour” and the “Atreus Risen Snow Tunic (Cosmetic)”. If you pre-order the physical version, you also receive one of the following incentives: “Leviathan Axe 3D Keychain”, “Printed Enamel Mug” or “Thor Hammer Pen/Stand”.
In case those goodies aren’t enough, you might want to shell some more cash on either the Collector’s Edition or the Jötnar Edition.
On top of the base game and the pre-order bonuses, the Collector’s Edition includes the following:

This long-awaited sequel to 2018's God of War continues the adventures of father and son duo Kratos and Atreus as they embark on a mythic journey for answers and allies before Ragnarök arrives. They'll venture into the Nine Realms, battling fearsome new foes in the form of gods and monsters from Norse mythology. Santa Monica Studio returns as the lead developer of the project.
God of War Ragnarök will be available on both the PS4 and the PS5. The prices of the game are as follows:

Speaking of release dates of games, Square Enix also announced today that the upcoming action-RPG Forspoken has been pushed back from its original release date of 11 October 2022 to 24 January 2023. The publisher noted that all game elements are complete, and the development is in its final polishing phase.
God of War Ragnarök is dropping on PS4 and PS5 on 9 November 2022.
