The two-day virtual event will be a music festival that anyone can virtually attend. Ticket holders, however, will have access to exclusive Day One activities such as helping team leaders organise an in-game concert where either Pikachu Rock Star or Pikachu Pop Star will perform — it’s the player’s choice. Purchasing a ticket can let you complete special research for rewards like a mythical Pokémon sighting, a shirt avatar item and a special avatar pose.

Another benefit you can receive from buying access to the event is being able to partake in a group challenge with fellow ticket holders every hour of the first day. Upon finishing a challenge, you will gain a bonus for the rest of the hour. While taking breaks from catching Pokémon, you can complete Four Collection Challenges set in the Jungle, Desert Mountain, Ocean Beach and Cave habitats. Select Pokémon will make an appearance for Trainers who bought an entry pass:

  1. Jungle: Unown F, Unown G, Ludicolo, Chatot, Leafeon and Serperior.

  2. Desert Mountain: Flareon, Unown F, Unown G, Tyranitar, Flygon and Throh.

  3. Ocean Beach: Gyarados, Vaporeon, Azumarill, Unown F, Unown G and Sawk.

  4. Cave: Umbreon, Unown F, Unown G, Gardevoir, Absol and Galvantula.

Paying for a virtual spot in the event will give you better odds of discovering Shiny Pokémon as well.

On the other hand, all Trainers can enjoy sightings of music-themed Pokémon like Chimecho, Kricketot, Audino and a special costumed Pikachu. Themed habitat hours allowing Trainers to see Pokémon living in specific areas are similarly available to non-ticket holders, but not in the form of Collection Challenges where players can earn prizes for catching certain Pokémon within a time limit. The rotating habitats will feature the following Pokémon for everyone:

  1. The Jungle: Scyther, Aipom, Froakie and more.

  2. The Desert: Skarmory, Shieldon, Hippopotas etc.

  3. The Ocean Beach: Dratini, Swablu, Alomomola and the like.

  4. The Cave: Roggenrola, Galarian Stunfisk, Deino etc.

For Day Two, paid attendees can rack up many advantages like a 10,000 XP bonus in raid rewards for completing a Raid Battle, extra Raid Passes for spinning Gym Photo Discs and Remote Raid Passes for completing Timed Research. On top of that, they can collect a free event bundle with three Remote Raid Passes inside it.

Meanwhile, all Trainers can encounter sightings of Pokémon appearing more frequently in the wild from Saturday to Sunday.

For both days, everyone has the chance to witness Pokémon hatching from 7km eggs such as those containing Igglybuff, Chingling and Audino. Event-exclusive Field Research activities and on-map visual effects are open to all as well.

Ticket holders can maximise their Open Gifts or spin Pokéstops in exchange for special event stickers on both days. By taking snapshots on Saturday and Sunday, they can win additional surprises.
