Nothing’s upcoming flagship smartphone, the Phone (3), will be fully available in the United States later this year, according to co-founder Carl Pei.

Pei confirmed the news in a post on X, responding to a fan inquiry about whether the device would be available outside of the company’s Beta Program. He replied “100%,” accompanied by a stars-and-stripes emoji.
This marks a significant shift for the London-based tech company, which has previously limited U.S. access to its devices through a Beta Program aimed primarily at developers.
The Beta Program, according to Nothing, is designed for testing and feedback and does not guarantee full compatibility with mobile carriers.
The last Nothing phone to receive a full U.S. release was the Phone (2) in 2023. Since then, the company has launched several models, including the Phone (2a), Phone (2a) Plus, Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro, CMF Phone 1 and CMF Phone 2 Pro, none of which had general availability in the U.S.
The Phone (3) is expected to launch in the third quarter of the year, between July and September. It will be the company’s first flagship release since the Phone (2).
On the same day as his announcement, Pei also shared that Nothing is currently the fastest-growing smartphone brand in India, reporting 156% year-on-year growth.
