Klipsch T5 II True Wireless ANC Earphones Priced At S$449, Launching in SG Early Oct

American loudspeaker maker Klipsch on Wednesday, 29 September, announced its true wireless earbuds with active noise-cancelling technology (ANC), the T5 II True Wireless ANC, will be arriving in Singapore from early October onwards.

The earbuds feature dual-mic noise cancellation capabilities, using a feedforward and feedback system for maximum noise cancellation.

They ship with the Bragi operating system with embedded artificial intelligence, allowing you to have a hands-free listening experience. You can enable Bragi Moves to perform specific actions using advanced gestures while wearing the earphones. For instance, you can nod your head to answer a call or shake your head to skip tracks.

The T5 II True Wireless ANC earphones also feature Dirac HD Sound technology, an audio solution that enhances and optimises sound quality for various environments. This feature can be enabled or disabled, similar to Bragi Moves.

The case charges via USB-C with the included cable, but it can also be charged wirelessly using any Qi-compatible charging pad. Klipsch claims that the earbuds themselves can last up to seven hours of use with ANC off and up to five hours with it on. The case, meanwhile, can extend that time by about 21 hours with ANC off and 15 hours with it on.

Klipsch also launched a McLaren Edition of the same earbuds. They are essentially the same pair with a few additional design tweaks. This comes in the form of accents of McLaren’s signature papaya colour, real carbon fibre and a co-moulded outer shell that mimics the tread pattern of Formula 1’s intermediate racing tire.

The package also includes a dual-position charging pad and a USB-C cable for charging. The company touts that the McLaren Edition charges twice as fast as anything else on the market right now thanks to NuCurrent wireless charging technology.

Every new and existing Klipsch T5 series true wireless earphones are compatible with the Klipsch Connect App, which allows you to receive updates, make EQ adjustments, manage noise-cancellation settings, detect device battery status and access the quick start guide and troubleshooting tips.

The new Klipsch T5 II True Wireless ANC earphones (S$449) and Klipsch T5 II True Wireless ANC McLaren Edition earphones (S$499) will be available in early October exclusively at TC Acoustic and Challenger outlets.
