Apple Music Classical Set To Launch Later This Month
Fans of classical music will definitely be happy to hear that Apple Music Classical is set to launch on 28 March 2023. With over five million classical music tracks to start and over 700 curated playlists, there's bound to be something for everyone.
Additionally, the tracks will be available up to 192kHz/24-bit high-res lossless quality. There are also thousands of tracks that offer spatial audio for an even more immersive listening experience.
Best part? Existing Apple Music subscribers will automatically also gain access to Apple Music Classical when it launches. Apple Music Classical is a standalone app, however, which means users will need to download it when it becomes available. Pre-order is available on the App Store from today onwards, and users with Auto-Update turned on in settings will have Apple Music Classical automatically downloaded once it's launched.
This is an iPhone exclusive app at the moment, with an Android counterpart set to come soon. All countries where Apple Music is available will get Apple Music Classical at the same time, with the exceptions being China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan, where these countries will get it at a later time.
Apple Music Classical can be found and pre-ordered on the App Store here.
