The Shilla Duty Free, in collaboration with Dr.Jart+, announced they are launching a pair of exclusive Singapore Changi Airport-themed NFTs and 9,000 Proof of Attendance Protocols (POAPs) that look to highlight the country as one of the top tourist destinations in the world. The 3D artwork was created by graphic illustrator Matssssal and features Dr.Jart+’s white tiger mascot sporting an outfit inspired by the brand's Cicapair franchise. The mascot is also depicted travelling through iconic landmarks in Changi Airport.

You can collect a complimentary POAP and stand a chance to win one of the two NFTs by participating in a contest that will be running until Wednesday, 31 August. To enter, you'll simply have to submit your original name for the pair of limited edition tokens via The Shilla Duty Free website. Names can either be inspired by Singapore or travel in general, but must be within five English words.

The two most creative submissions will each win one of the two NFTs and one year’s supply of skincare products from Dr.Jart+, which is worth over S$1,000. Winners will be announced by The Shilla Duty Free on 6 September 2022 on its website, Facebook and Instagram. The NFTs will then be minted and sent to the winner’s digital wallet address that they provided in their entry forms.

"As one of the world's leading travel retailers, we will continue to create immersive brand activations with our partners to offer the best retail experience to travellers," said Mr Jeff Lee, Managing Director of Shilla Travel Retail Singapore. "We are thrilled to partner with Dr.Jart+ to enrich our offerings with innovative digital experiences and travel-exclusive products to delight our customers.”

In case you're unfamiliar, NFTs are digital assets minted and stored in the blockchain, which gives them a unique identifier that indicates they're one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated. POAPs, meanwhile, are a type of NFT that serve as proof you attended an event or experience.
