Sennheiser Launches Conversation Clear Plus Earbuds in Singapore

Find it hard to hear conversations in public places? Sennheiser's latest earbuds could just be the thing for you.
The German audio specialist has launched in Singapore the Conversation Clear Plus, a hearing solution that features speech enhancement technology to let you clearly understand conversations in noisy environments, such as a busy restaurant or a loud street.
The earbuds leverage Sennheiser's Sonova chip technology to bring Automatic Scene Detection, which analyses the noise level of your environment and matches the speech enhancement level to your surroundings. The software feature lets you hear the person you're talking to clearer, whether it's in-person or through a phone. It also works in tandem with the Active Noise Cancellation feature to block distracting noises and improve clarity of your conversations. The Ambient Awareness mode, meanwhile, lets you stay connected with your environment by letting you adjust how much background noise you want to hear.
What's more, the Conversation Clear Plus features dedicated settings for three different listening scenarios, which you can choose from depending on what you need the earbuds for. The "Relax" mode lets you customise the amount of background noise you want to block, while the "Communication" and "Streaming" modes prioritise performance and clarity for conversations and streaming content, respectively.
The earbuds also feature true wireless technology, which allows it to be easily paired with any Bluetooth-enabled device. You can then set up the audio device and your preferences via the companion app.
When it comes to battery life, the earbuds themselves can last for up to nine hours of usage time, with the charging case offering an additional 18 hours.
"Sennheiser Conversation Clear Plus reflects our customers’ dynamic lives, allowing users to follow every conversation with ease, wherever they are," touted Canice Koh, Sales Director for Sennheiser Consumer Products in SEA. "An independent study showed 95% of users experienced significant speech enhancement in noisy situations when using the product."
The launch of the product also establishes a new category of early-entry hearing solutions for Sennheiser in Singapore.
The Sennheiser Conversation Clear Plus is available now for a retail price of S$1,299 via the Sennheiser Hearing Webstore and select retail outlets, including Amazon Singapore, AV One, Connect IT, Harvey Norman (Millenia Walk) and Jaben.
