Huawei has launched its first laptop that runs with the new AMD Ryzen 5 4000H processor that promises smooth, flawless operation for both work and play. They have partnered up with AMD to bring this laptop to life. The laptop also runs on an integrated AMD Radeon Graphics which ensures impressive processing and graphical power even while you’re multi-tasking.

The MateBook 14 AMD Edition features an almost borderless 14-inch screen in 2K FullView display that holds a 3:2 aspect ratio display, compared to the more common 16:9 ratio display.

The laptop also has a 56W battery capable of holding 10 hours worth of charge. Users can also switch from balanced and high-energy performance modes with one key for the option’s ease of access.

Huawei even stated that the MateBook 14 is “a powerful user-friendly laptop for everyday use” and offers not just an impeccable performance, “but also an intelligent experience” and “premium hardware finish” that users can purchase at an affordable price of S$1,298.

The Huawei MateBook 14 AMD Edition is available to pre-order for S$1,298 from 9 January to 16 January with pre-order premiums worth S$544 while stocks last. The MateBook 14 AMD Edition will be available for in-store purchase starting 16 January, with launch premiums worth S$295.

Huawei is advertising the MatePad T 10s as an “entertainment powerhouse” capable of letting users dive into a vivid cinematic display easily. With the MatePad T 10s utilizing Huawei’s CalriVu technology, the tablet provides true-to-life visuals for an “enhanced viewing experience.”

Huawei has also partnered with Harman Kardon, a leading speaker brand, to deliver an authentic audio sound through 1620 high amplitude speakers.

Huawei is also making this tablet family-friendly with its built-in Kids Corner, where parents can find controls to help maximise their children’s playtime and learning. The MatePad T 10s also has six-layer eye protection to help protect the vision of children who might be using it.

Designed to work as a centre of productivity, the MatePad T 10s supports Huawei Share that allows users to bridge the divide between Windows and Android devices with seamless control of an Android phone through a PC, and even share peripherals.

Huawei made some improvements to the feature to let users pick up calls from the smartphone with the laptop and even open files saved on the smartphone.

Huawei will launch the MatePad T 10s on 16 January with a price tag of S$298 with Launch Premiums with S$86.

Both the HUAWEI MateBook 14 AMD Edition and MatePad T 10s will be available to purchase on 16 January in all Huawei Concept Stores, selected consumer electronic stores, and Huawei official online stores in Lazada and Shopee.
