HP Brings Dreams To Life For Kids With INKmaginary

If you're a young parent in this current generation, you probably know how tough it is to thread the fine line between the real world and the digital world, especially for your children. Well, HP is here to bring new experiences to mix the two sides in a healthy and joyful manner that might just bring families closer together!

The past two years hasn't been easy, that's for sure. Schools in Singapore and around the world struggled to compensate for the lack of in-person learning or classroom experiences for students. Due to that, parents, especially young parents face heightened pressure to make sure that their children learns in as best an environment as possible or rish their children falling behind in their respective school years. So, HP has identified that there is certainly a need to create new engaging and inspiring learning environments for children, especially younger children in their early years of development.

By combining HP Instant Ink and HP Printables, HP has created a little something called INKmaginary together with award-winning Singapore artist, Jeffrey Kong. To keep it short and simple, it is basically a concept which utilises printed paper and toy bricks to enable both parents and children to experiment and build alongside imaginative storytelling right at home. There are a total of 15 INKmaginary Toys designs at the moment which HP feels would kickstart a more interactive, hands-on approach to both education and play.

To quote. Fiona Lee, Managing Director of HP Singapore said that,

“Our homes are now seamless extensions of the classroom which makes reliable printing at home a mission-critical app. To give busy parents some peace of mind, the HP Instant Ink subscription service ensures parents never run out of ink when they need it most. HP is excited to work with Jeffrey Kong in creating the INKmaginary Toys concept to bring out the joy and fun of printed materials. This rethinking of printables is bolstering our sense of imagination and invention – so no matter how old you are, you can now rediscover the joy of print.”

All 15 INKmaginary Toys design can be found via the HP Printables website where it doesn't just include the designs itself but also additional materials such as colouring pages, learning worksheets and much much more.

And yes, they are certainly free! Creating the designs are pretty straightforward as well. All you have to do is to print whichever INKmaginary design of choice and just simply follow the instructions accordingly. There is also a guide on YouTube should that be easier for you!

But in anycase, the end result? Cute miniaturised versions of animals come to life right in your room!
