First Sonos Flagship Store in Singapore Opens to Public

In the market for a new sound system? The new Sonos flagship store might have just what you're looking for.
TC Acoustic today announced the opening of its first Sonos flagship store in Singapore, which is located at the third level of the iconic Wheelock Place (#03-10), right in the heart of Orchard Road. The store is also the first Sonos flagship in Southeast Asia.
"From our first showroom at The Adelphi since 1966, the new Sonos Flagship Store allows for a more central location for customers to discover, experience and shop for Sonos," said Christian Honegger, CEO of TC Acoustic.
The new retail space is meant to showcase Sonos audio products and listening experiences in an environment that replicates a home. It features three areas: the Multi-Room Zone, the Spatial Audio Experience Wall, and a Private Listening Room that demonstrates the standout features of a Sonos home system.
The Multi-Room Zone is designed to show you how Sonos products can be integrated in your own homes, with areas that simulate a kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. With multi-room audio, you can hear the same music in multiple rooms at the same time.
Meanwhile, the Spatial Audio Experience Wall features the brand's latest products and sound technologies, enabling you to hear how spatial listening delivers an immersive sound.
Finally, the Private Listening Room features the ultimate Sonos home theatre dual sub set-up for you to experience. If you're interested in setting up a great acoustic environment for movies or music in your own home, you can even bring along your floor plan to the store and get a one-on-one consultation with an audio specialist.
TC Acoustic says the store will feature the full lineup of Sonos products, from the all-in-one speakers such as the Sonos Era 100 and Era 300 to home theatre solutions such as the Sonos Arc, Sonos Beam and Sonos Sub, to Sonos in-ceiling speakers and Sonos-compatible mounting accessories for an alternative audio system set-up in your home.
Besides Sonos products, the store also houses other distinctive brands such as Bowers & Wilkins, Marshall and Klipsch, covering a wide range of speakers and soundbars. TC Acoustic’s two other stores are located at The Adelphi and Hafary Centre at Eunos.
"This store is designed to replicate the home environment and coupled with our renowned TC customer service, allows customers to discover how to bring great sound into their home. After all, music makes a house a home," added Mr Honegger.
To celebrate the opening, TC Acoustic will be giving away a Sonos home kit (a room spray and a candle) to the first 100 customers who make a purchase at the newly launched store. You can also expect the store to host a bunch of fun workshops and events in the coming months.
