AI Bots Revolutionise OnlyFans Communication
AI bots are increasingly replacing human chatters on OnlyFans. Companies like NEO Agency and Botly are at the forefront of utilising AI technology for subscriber interactions. OnlyFans' revenue reached nearly US$1.1 billion in 2022, despite controversies surrounding the use of AI chatbots.
These bots are designed to simulate conversations and interactions, aiming to extract money from eager subscribers without the direct involvement of content creators.
Some agencies managing OnlyFans performers have embraced AI technology to automate sexting and messaging tasks, reducing the reliance on human chatters. Despite OnlyFans' terms explicitly prohibiting the use of AI chatbots, some agencies continue to utilise them to create what appears to be genuine interactions with subscribers.
One such AI chatbot, named FlirtFlow, developed by the U.S.-based NEO Agency is marketed as a tool that can establish authentic connections with subscribers. This AI software aims to replicate years of relationship-building expertise to ensure that each interaction feels meaningful and real.
While OnlyFans has not responded to inquiries regarding the use of AI on its platform, the company emphasises that creators are accountable for any financial transactions with subscribers. OnlyFans' business model, which takes a 20% share of creators' earnings, has proven lucrative, with reported revenues nearing US$1.1 billion in 2022.
Although companies employing AI chatbots are not officially affiliated with OnlyFans, they collaborate with creators and management agencies associated with the platform. NEO Agency, for instance, manages around 70 OnlyFans creators, with approximately half of them utilising FlirtFlow for interactions with subscribers.
AI technology has evolved to understand and engage in flirtatious conversations effectively, surpassing human capabilities in some instances. By employing a conversational approach, these chatbots gather basic information from subscribers to tailor responses and create a more personalised interaction.
Despite the efficiency of AI chatbots in managing high-volume interactions, human chatters still excel in catering to subscribers with specific erotic preferences like submission and domination. The use of AI in this context aims to enhance the conversational relevance and companionship offered by creators on OnlyFans.
Botly, an Australian company established in 2023,offers AI software that analyses subscriber queries and chat history to generate responses within the OnlyFans messaging platform. This technology, used in over 100,000 chats monthly, focuses on creating conversationally relevant interactions to facilitate emotional connections between creators and subscribers.
As the deceptive practices of using chatters to impersonate models on OnlyFans come under scrutiny, the platform continues to provide subscribers with opportunities for interaction, emotional connection, and intimacy with creators, albeit sometimes facilitated by AI technology.
