If you're a Samsung fan, then you might have heard that the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE might be powered by a Snapdragon 888 or Exynos 2100 processor depending on the market where consumers will buy the device. SamMobile recently shared the user manual of the smartphone, which might boast a triple-camera setup with an ultra-wide camera as well as 6GB or 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB internal storage.
According to the manual, the Galaxy S21 FE will have an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and a high refresh rate screen. Another rumoured spec is the device's 4,500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging, wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. The smartphone might also have IP68-certified dust and water resistance as well as Dolby Atmos, Wireless DeX and Samsung Pay.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE already didn't have a 3.5mm jack, so it's even more unlikely that this will have it. This means that you might need to either use a USB Type-C to 3.5mm adaptor, Type-C headphones or true wireless earbuds instead. A microSD card slot — a spec that the S20 FE had — was also missing from the manual.
If you're expecting a charger to come with the smartphone, then you might be out of luck as it reportedly won't be bundled with the Galaxy S21 FE. So if you don't have a USB-C charger, then you might have to buy that separately.
The phone will reportedly be coming in black, white, green and purple.
Though Samsung did not announce a release date for the Galaxy S21 FE, smartphone leaker Jon Prosser claimed that preorders for the device will start from 20 October 2021, with general availability from 29 October, which contradicts other leaks that the Galaxy S21 FE might be released on 8 September.
