E-scooters Users To Be At Least 16 Years Old And Required To Pass Theory Test in Singapore

If anything, it’s quite an eventful year in the PMDs and e-scooters sphere. Leading from the rise of PMDs and e-scooters use in Singapore starting 2015, there had been a lot of debate on users, usage and the laws and regulations around it.

Just this morning, the news came in that e-scooters users have to be at least 16 years old and are required to pass the theory test. This is just one month after the ban on PMDs was implemented.

So here’s a timeline from 2015 till now, on the lowdowns of the PMDs and e-scooters in Singapore.
